Working Principle
The
inline ink density meter utilizes non-destructive ultrasonic sensing technology, in which the speed of ultrasonic waves propagating in a liquid is inherently correlated with the liquid’s density. Sound travels slower in denser liquids and faster in less dense ones. By quantifying this velocity variation, the meter converts the measured transmission time into precise density readings.
